Physical Therapist – Empower Recovery, Rebuild Strength
We are seeking a results-oriented Physical Therapist to join a thriving outpatient ortho practice in Evans, CO. If you are ready to make a real difference and work within a strong clinical team, this opportunity is for you.

Position Details:
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
• Position Type: Full-Time
• Salary: $90,000–$110,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform patient evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Collaborate with referring providers and interdisciplinary teams
• Oversee support staff and ensure detailed patient documentation
• Motivate patients to achieve their rehabilitation goals

Requirements:
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy
• Colorado PT license or eligibility
• Commitment to evidence-based practice
• Experience with WebPT is a plus
