Now Hiring: Orthopedic Physical Therapist
Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year
Location: LaBelle, Florida
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

At our Orthopedic Outpatient Physical Therapy Practice, we specialize in providing elite-level care to athletes, weekend warriors, and patients of all ages recovering from orthopedic injuries and surgeries. Our Florida-based clinic is more than just a rehab center—it’s a performance hub where people come to heal, strengthen, and thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for orthopedic and sports rehab patients
- Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, neuromuscular re-education, and progressive loading strategies
- Educate patients on injury prevention, biomechanics, and self-management strategies
- Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons, sports medicine physicians, and athletic trainers
- Contribute to team development through mentorship, CEU workshops, and clinical growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Florida (or eligible to obtain licensure)
- Passionate about orthopedics and sports rehabilitation
- Skilled in manual therapy and functional movement analysis
- Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
