Physical Therapist – Outpatient Orthopedic Setting

An opportunity is available for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Severance, Colorado. This position involves evaluating patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and collaborating with a skilled healthcare team to improve patient mobility and recovery.

Position Overview:

• Job Type: Full-time
• Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 per year, based on experience, plus a full benefits package

Core Responsibilities:

• 1-1 1/2 patients an hour.

• Conduct patient assessments and implement targeted therapy plans.
• Work in coordination with referring providers and other healthcare professionals.
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants while maintaining compliance with state regulations.
• Maintain accurate and thorough patient documentation.
• Foster a positive clinical environment through teamwork and patient engagement.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapy license in Colorado or eligibility to obtain one.
• Strong commitment to patient-focused care using evidence-based practices.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR is advantageous but not mandatory.
