Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Englewood, New Jersey

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Join our team at an established and respected orthopedic outpatient center in New Jersey, where MDs, Physical Therapists (PTs), Occupational Therapists (OTs), and Chiropractors (DCs) work side-by-side to deliver comprehensive care tailored to each patient’s journey.

We are currently seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist who is motivated, skilled, and passionate about musculoskeletal and orthopedic rehabilitation. This is your opportunity to thrive in a progressive clinical setting that combines medical expertise, functional recovery, and holistic healing—all under one roof.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop evidence-based treatment plans
  • Collaborate closely with MDs, OTs, and DCs for a 360° patient care model
  • Utilize advanced equipment and modalities in a well-appointed, modern facility
  • Educate patients on injury prevention and at-home strategies
  • Maintain timely and accurate documentation using our streamlined EMR system
  • Participate in case conferences, clinical rounds, and continuing education workshops

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of New Jersey (or eligible)
  • At least 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred, but open to motivated new grads
  • Strong clinical reasoning and manual therapy skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Certifications in dry needling, manual therapy, vestibular rehab, or sports rehab
  • Interest in mentorship or clinical education
