Physical Therapist – Outpatient Ortho Focus (Full-Time)

A well-established Orthopedic Outpatient clinic in Hillsdale, NJ, is looking for a full-time Physical Therapist. In this role, you’ll evaluate patients, create personalized treatment plans, and provide hands-on therapy to support recovery.

Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $100,000–$120,000 per year
Patient Load: 2 patients per hour

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth patient assessments to determine treatment needs.
• Develop individualized therapy plans aimed at improving mobility and strength.
• Guide patients through rehabilitation exercises for optimal recovery.
• Perform manual therapy techniques to manage pain and enhance movement.
• Adjust treatment strategies as needed based on progress and feedback.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
• Active New Jersey PT license.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques.
• Familiarity with EMR systems such as WebPT.
