Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Beaverton, Oregon| Full-Time | Orthopedic Focus

Salary Range: $100,000 – $125,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We specialize in treating orthopedic conditions ranging from post-op rehab and chronic joint pain to sports-related injuries and performance optimization. With an interdisciplinary approach and a strong focus on manual therapy, functional movement, and patient education, we help people of all ages get back to what they love doing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluating and treating patients using evidence-based orthopedic protocols
  • Designing goal-oriented rehabilitation plans focused on function, strength, and mobility
  • Using modalities and hands-on techniques tailored to each patient’s unique presentation
  • Educating patients on long-term health strategies and injury prevention
  • Working side-by-side with physicians, surgeons, and support staff to ensure continuity of care
  • Mentoring (and learning from) peers in a collaborative clinical culture
  • Contributing to a supportive environment where clinical excellence thrives

Qualifications:

  • DPT degree from an accredited institution
  • Active (or pending) Oregon Physical Therapist license
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedics or a strong interest in developing this specialty
  • A deep-rooted belief in whole-person care and empowering patients
  • Strong documentation, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Motivation to grow personally and professionally in a high-caliber setting
