Salary Range: $75,000 – $85,000 per year

Location: Beaverton, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Do you have a passion for movement, healing, and helping others return to the activities they love? At our orthopedic outpatient clinic in Oregon, we’re searching for a skilled and compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) to become an integral part of our care team.

As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you’ll work closely under the direction of licensed Physical Therapists to help patients regain strength, mobility, and confidence. Your hands-on care and supportive presence will guide patients along their rehab journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out treatment plans developed by licensed PTs
  • Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, stretching, balance, and mobility work
  • Monitor, document, and report patient progress and response to treatment
  • Offer encouragement, instruction, and modifications as needed
  • Assist in setting up and cleaning therapy spaces
  • Support clinic operations with energy, professionalism, and attention to detail

Qualifications:

  • Current Oregon PTA license (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
  • Experience in orthopedic outpatient or sports rehab (preferred but not required)
  • Confidence working one-on-one with patients in a fast-paced setting
  • A positive, can-do attitude and passion for patient care
  • Team player who values collaboration and continual learning
