Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Centreville , Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are a leading outpatient orthopedic practice focused on delivering exceptional care through evidence-based therapy, personalized treatment plans, and compassionate service. Our clinic treats a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions—from sports injuries and post-surgical rehab to chronic joint and spine issues—helping patients return to the activities they love.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries
  • Develop and implement customized, goal-oriented treatment plans
  • Utilize manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities to support recovery
  • Collaborate closely with referring physicians and interdisciplinary staff
  • Educate patients on self-care, injury prevention, and home exercise programs
  • Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and outcomes accurately in our EHR system

Qualifications:

  • Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) in the state of Virginia (or ability to obtain licensure)
  • Strong clinical skills in orthopedic rehabilitation, manual therapy, and exercise prescription
  • New grads with orthopedic clinical experience encouraged to apply
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve full recovery and functional independence
