Schedule: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $120,000 – $130,000 per year + Full Benefits

Key Duties:

• Provide one-on-one patient care in an outpatient setting, seeing 1–2 patients per hour.
• Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual patient assessments.
• Use evidence-based therapy techniques to maximize patient recovery.
• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation through EMR systems.
• Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to coordinate care and treatment plans.
• Educate patients and caregivers on therapeutic exercises and home care to support long-term health.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• California PT license (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Strong problem-solving skills to modify treatments as needed.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster patient engagement.
