Physical Therapist – Patient-Focused Ortho Role | Fairfax, VA

Overview
We’re looking for a Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Fairfax, VA. This is a place where you’ll work closely with patients from day one and see your efforts make a direct difference. It’s a full-time role with a team that values communication, trust, and smart care—not rushing through appointments.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• No late nights or weekend shifts

Pay & Benefits

• Annual salary: $90,000–$100,000

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients and create individualized therapy plans
• Treat 1–2 patients per hour
• Use evidence-based therapies to build strength and improve mobility
• Monitor progress and update plans as needed
• Maintain clean, accurate records

Qualifications:

• Physical Therapy license (Virginia)
• DPT or MPT required
• Two or more years in outpatient orthopedics
