Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient (Full-Time)

We are hiring a Physical Therapist to provide hands-on, evidence-based care in an orthopedic outpatient setting in Lee’s Summit, MO. This role involves evaluating patients, developing tailored treatment plans, and guiding them through rehabilitation to improve mobility and function.

Schedule Options:

• Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Or (4) 10-hour shifts: Monday–Thursday or Tuesday–Friday (No weekends)

Compensation:

• $90,000 – $100,000 per year
• Full benefits package included

Patient Volume:

• 1–2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patient conditions and design customized therapy plans.
• Utilize advanced techniques to improve movement and reduce pain.
• Apply non-surgical interventions to support patient recovery.
• Maintain accurate records and collaborate with healthcare professionals.

Requirements:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Missouri PT license or eligibility for licensure.
• Strong ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• WebPT EMR experience is a plus.
