Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Join our caring team at a well-established Assisted Living Facility in New Jersey, where you’ll provide essential therapy services that improve mobility, independence, and quality of life for our senior residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop personalized treatment plans for residents.
• Provide rehabilitative services to improve strength, mobility, balance, and function.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, physicians, and families to ensure comprehensive care.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate residents and caregivers on safety, fall prevention, and home exercises.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapist License.
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Previous experience in geriatric care, SNF, or ALF settings preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Commitment to compassionate, resident-centered care.
