Sacramento , California| Full-Time | Orthopedic Focus
Salary Range: $100,000 – $140,000 per year
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Join our team at a leading Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in California, where we specialize in evidence-based, hands-on care for musculoskeletal and post-surgical conditions. We’re seeking a dedicated and licensed Physical Therapist to support our mission of exceptional, personalized recovery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and sports-related injuries.
- Design and implement personalized therapy plans using advanced techniques.
- Collaborate closely with orthopedic surgeons, physicians, and rehab team members.
- Educate patients on injury prevention, mobility improvement, and long-term wellness.
- Document progress using EMR and adjust treatments based on patient response.
Qualifications:
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- DPT or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Experience in orthopedic outpatient care (new grads with strong clinical rotations welcome!)
- Excellent manual therapy and exercise prescription skills
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
