Salary Range: $85,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Deerfield Beach, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We're looking for a results-driven, compassionate Physical Therapist ready to make a difference.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic injuries, post-surgical conditions, and sports-related injuries.
• Develop and implement evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.
• Utilize manual therapy, functional training, and advanced modalities.
• Collaborate with referring physicians, athletic trainers, and team members.
• Educate patients on injury prevention, performance optimization, and recovery strategies.
• Track and document patient progress using EMR systems.

Qualifications:

• Active Florida Physical Therapist License
• DPT or degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Experience in outpatient orthopedics or sports rehab preferred (new grads with clinical experience welcome!)
• Knowledge of performance training, post-op protocols, and functional rehab
• Excellent communication, clinical judgment, and team collaboration skills
