Location: Frisco , Texas

Salary Range: $100,000 – $120,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Summary:

As a Physical Therapist in an Assisted Living Facility, you’ll help residents maintain or regain functional independence. You’ll evaluate, treat, and create personalized care plans tailored to each resident’s unique mobility and safety needs—all within a relaxed, home-like environment that encourages wellness and community engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver therapeutic interventions focusing on mobility, strength, balance, and fall prevention
• Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and other therapy professionals
• Document treatments and progress accurately and timely in EMR systems
• Provide education to residents, family members, and staff on mobility strategies and safety techniques
• Promote functional independence to enhance residents' overall quality of life

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active and unrestricted Texas Physical Therapist license
• Strong interpersonal and clinical skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and wellness promotion
• Familiarity with EMR and ability to complete documentation efficiently
