Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year
Location: Tacoma, Washington
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve mobility, strength, and coordination
- Monitor and document patient progress
- Educate patients and families on home exercise programs
- Collaborate with physicians and other clinicians for comprehensive care
Qualifications:
- Current Washington State Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Outpatient experience preferred but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate, team-oriented, and patient-focused
