Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Fairfax, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist (PT) to join our care team at an Assisted Living Facility in Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of older adults by helping them maintain independence, reduce fall risks, and improve mobility in a supportive community setting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform evaluations and develop individualized care plans
• Deliver direct physical therapy services to residents
• Focus on functional mobility, fall prevention, and strength training
• Educate residents and caregivers on safe movement and home exercise programs
• Collaborate with facility staff, caregivers, and other healthcare providers
• Document therapy services and progress using EMR systems

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Passion for working with older adults
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
