Salary Range: $90,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Fairfax, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We are currently seeking a compassionate and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dedicated rehab team at a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) located in Virginia. Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate residents and create personalized treatment plans
• Deliver physical therapy sessions with a focus on strength, mobility, and balance
• Prevent decline through proactive therapeutic intervention
• Educate patients, families, and staff on care strategies and safety
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EMR systems
• Collaborate with nursing, occupational therapy, and administrative teams

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist License
• Strong interpersonal, assessment, and communication skills
• Dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
