Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: West McLean, Virginia

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver evidence-based therapy services tailored to each patient’s goals
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers about treatment plans and home exercises
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists as part of the care team
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent degree
• Active Virginia Physical Therapist license
• Excellent clinical, communication, and organizational skills
• A passion for helping others achieve their highest level of function
