Job Title: Staff Physical Therapist | Nevada


Salary Range: $90,000 – $110,000 per year

Location: Incline Village, Nevada

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

As our clinic continues to grow, we are seeking a Staff Physical Therapist to join our team. New graduates and experienced clinicians are both encouraged to apply—we offer strong mentorship and career development opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized care plans
  • Provide therapeutic treatments and interventions using evidence-based practices
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, movement strategies, and home exercise programs
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with state and clinic standards
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, other healthcare professionals, and internal team members
  • Monitor patient outcomes and adjust treatment plans as necessary for optimal results
  • Uphold the highest standards of ethical care and professionalism

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent from an accredited program
  • Active Nevada Physical Therapy License (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
  • Strong clinical reasoning, manual therapy, and communication skills
  • Patient-centered mindset with a team-oriented approach
  • Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings preferred, but not required
  • Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms a plus
