Now Hiring: Physical Therapist (PT) – Oregon

Salary Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year

Location: McMinnville, Oregon

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:
As a Physical Therapist on our team, you will evaluate, treat, and rehabilitate patients with various musculoskeletal, neurological, and post-surgical conditions. You will design individualized treatment plans, educate patients, and work collaboratively with healthcare providers to ensure the best outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Deliver hands-on therapy, therapeutic exercises, and patient education
• Monitor patient progress and adjust interventions accordingly
• Document all treatments and patient responses accurately and timely
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals
• Participate in team meetings, training, and quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
• Current and unrestricted Oregon Physical Therapy License
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to evidence-based practice
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
