Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

We are hiring a skilled Physical Therapist to join our outpatient orthopedic clinic in Lacey, WA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality physical therapy to patients recovering from a range of orthopedic conditions. You will conduct thorough assessments, create tailored treatment plans, and use manual therapy and exercises to promote recovery. This is a full-time position with regular hours, giving you the opportunity to focus on patient care and clinical outcomes while enjoying a balanced lifestyle.

Hours: Monday–Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000 – $110,000 annually

Role Includes:

• Conduct comprehensive orthopedic evaluations
• Plan and deliver patient-specific interventions
• Adjust care based on progress and feedback
• Collaborate across disciplines to support recovery outcomes

We’re Looking For:

• Active PT license in WA
• Physical Therapy degree (DPT/MPT)
• Clinical understanding of orthopedic rehab
• Basic tech skills (EMR fluency is a bonus)
