Now Hiring: Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Office | Connecticut

Salary Range: $110,000 – $120,000 per year

Location: Norwalk, Connecticut

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Physical Therapist to assess, treat, and guide patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. You’ll be part of a multidisciplinary team focused on delivering exceptional, evidence-based care and achieving optimal patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform patient evaluations and develop personalized orthopedic treatment plans
  • Provide therapeutic interventions including manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and modalities
  • Track patient progress, document treatment notes, and communicate with referring providers
  • Educate patients on proper body mechanics, injury prevention, and post-therapy care
  • Collaborate with clinic staff and contribute to a positive team culture

Qualifications:

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Active Connecticut Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)
  • Strong clinical knowledge in orthopedic rehab preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
