Physical Therapist | Full-Time
A well-supported outpatient clinic in Santa Clara, California is hiring a Physical Therapist ready to work closely with patients in their rehabilitation journey. This full-time position focuses on functional improvement and long-term wellness.
Schedule & Salary:
- Hours: Monday to Friday | 9 AM – 5 PM
- Compensation: $120K–$130K per year + Full Benefits
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- See 1–2 patients per hour, ensuring quality over volume.
- Design and adjust treatment plans based on patient feedback and progress.
- Document all sessions using WebPT and work as part of a collaborative team.
- Apply manual therapy and therapeutic exercise techniques.
Qualifications:
- PT degree (Doctorate or Master’s) from a recognized institution.
- Current CA PT license or eligibility to obtain one.
- Strong manual therapy skills and clinical judgment.
- Commitment to helping patients achieve meaningful results.
