Job Opening: Orthopedic Physical Therapist (Outpatient) – Florida

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Location: Naples, Florida

Job Type: Full-Time

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Our multidisciplinary team focuses on restoring mobility, function, and quality of life for individuals dealing with musculoskeletal issues, injuries, and post-operative recovery.

As our Orthopedic Physical Therapist, you will:

• Evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans using evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate closely with physicians, referring providers, and other therapists
• Monitor progress and adjust plans to maximize outcomes
• Educate patients and families on rehabilitation techniques and injury prevention
• Document all clinical activities accurately and timely in the EMR system

Qualifications:

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master’s in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Active Florida Physical Therapy License
• Minimum of 1-2 years of outpatient orthopedic experience preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills
• Certification in orthopedic manual therapy (OCS, COMT, etc.) is a plus
