Job Title: Physical Therapist – Assisted Living

Location: East Brunswick, New Jersey

Salary Range: $90,000 – $100,000 per year

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform physical therapy evaluations and deliver personalized treatment plans tailored to assisted living residents.
• Focus on improving strength, balance, mobility, and functional independence.
• Collaborate with nursing staff, caregivers, and families to ensure comprehensive resident care.
• Document patient progress accurately and comply with regulatory requirements.
• Educate residents and staff on exercises, safety, and injury prevention techniques.

Qualifications:

• Active and valid Physical Therapist license in the state of New Jersey.
• Degree from an accredited physical therapy program.
• Experience in geriatrics or assisted living preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
