Full-Time Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic

We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in West Hollywood, CA. In this full-time role, you’ll play a crucial part in helping patients regain mobility, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Collaborating with a supportive team, you’ll have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans that empower patients to take control of their recovery journey.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Build meaningful connections with patients, tailoring rehabilitation plans that reflect their individual goals and progress.
• Provide focused, one-on-one care, ensuring patients feel supported and confident throughout their recovery process.
• Guide patients away from medications and explore non-surgical solutions for lasting pain relief.
• Develop evidence-based rehabilitation programs that promote long-term wellness and physical health.
• Design fitness and wellness plans that adapt to each patient's unique needs and ongoing recovery.
• Consistently deliver top-quality care, with a strong emphasis on achieving the best outcomes for each patient.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong passion for hands-on patient care
• Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems (preferably WebPT)
