This full-time Physical Therapist role at our Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic in Inglewood, CA offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patients' recovery. As part of our dedicated team, you’ll play a central role in restoring functional movement and enhancing the quality of life for those in your care. Your expertise will guide patients through their rehabilitation journey, from prevention and diagnosis to recovery, ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Salary: $100,000 – $140,000 annually

Key Responsibilities:

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with patients, collaborating to create personalized, effective care plans.
• Manage a dynamic patient caseload, providing individualized one-on-one therapy in an orthopedic outpatient setting.
• Support patients in reducing reliance on medications and explore non-surgical alternatives to treatment.
• Design and implement comprehensive rehabilitation programs rooted in evidence-based practices.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness plans that align with each patient's specific needs and goals.
• Provide exceptional, patient-focused care, ensuring measurable progress with targeted interventions.

Qualifications:

• Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Active California Physical Therapist license in good standing
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with a strong passion for hands-on patient care
• Expertise in manual therapy and familiarity with EMR systems (preferably WebPT)
