This is a full-time role offering a dependable work environment within a reputable outpatient clinic in Montgomery, NY. The practice is searching for a Physical Therapist committed to providing thoughtful, patient-specific care with measurable results. The orthopedic setting promotes individualized recovery plans and consistent patient engagement. Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation Range: $100,000 – $120,000 annually, plus benefits
Patient Load: 6–7 patients daily

Position Duties
• Perform thorough initial evaluations and set patient-centered goals
• Deliver customized therapy sessions emphasizing functional success
• Educate on recovery strategies and preventive practices
• Accurately document clinical encounters within the EMR system
• Take part in case discussions and peer collaboration

Requirements
• Valid New York Physical Therapy license
• Doctorate or Master’s in Physical Therapy
• Experience in an orthopedic outpatient environment preferred
