Location: Evans, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually (commensurate with experience)

Overview:
We are actively hiring a Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients with orthopedic conditions in an outpatient setting. This role is centered on improving functional mobility, reducing pain, and helping individuals return to daily activities through hands-on, evidence-based care.

Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop treatment plans
• Deliver individualized therapy sessions focused on functional goals
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise and support Physical Therapist Assistants
• Maintain timely and accurate documentation using WebPT or similar EMR
• Contribute to a collaborative and respectful work environment

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy
• Active Colorado PT license or eligibility to obtain one
• Strong clinical reasoning and patient-centered approach
