Physical Therapist
Location: Windsor, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually (based on experience)
Overview:
We are actively looking for a Physical Therapist to provide outpatient care for patients recovering from injuries, surgeries, or musculoskeletal conditions. This position involves evaluating movement limitations, building customized therapy plans, and guiding recovery in a supportive, goal-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patient function and create targeted therapy plans
- Deliver one-on-one therapeutic interventions
- Collaborate with providers and healthcare team members
- Oversee PTA performance and clinical care
- Complete documentation using WebPT or equivalent EMR
Qualifications:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Colorado PT license (or license-eligible)
- Interest in orthopedic rehab and functional outcomes
