Physical Therapist
Location: Wellington, CO
Schedule: Full-Time | Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $90,000–$105,000 annually (based on experience)
Overview:
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to deliver direct patient care in an orthopedic outpatient clinic. This role focuses on functional movement recovery, injury prevention, and hands-on therapy techniques to improve quality of life for each patient.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and implement rehab plans tailored to patient needs
- Partner with referring providers and internal team members
- Guide and mentor Physical Therapist Assistants
- Maintain accurate clinical notes using WebPT
- Contribute to an efficient, team-based care environment
Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctorate in PT
- Active or eligible Colorado license
- Clear understanding of orthopedic rehab principles
