Physical Therapist - San Jose, CA
We are actively hiring for a full-time Physical Therapist to support its orthopedic care services. You’ll work in a clean, structured environment where mentorship is readily available and quality of care is a top priority.
New graduates are encouraged to apply!
Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay Range: $120,000 to $130,000/year + Full Benefits
Duties Include:
- Deliver personalized rehab programs in a 1:1 care model.
- Evaluate physical function and adjust plans accordingly.
- Maintain organized and timely clinical documentation.
- Partner with other medical staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Offer guidance on exercises and ongoing rehab at home.

- DPT or MPT and CA PT license (or eligibility).
- Attention to detail and ability to adapt treatments.
- Clear, confident communication with patients and colleagues.
