Pediatric Physical Therapist - Windsor, CO

We are hiring for a Pediatric Physical Therapist to join our dynamic team in an orthopedic outpatient setting. This role allows you to specialize in pediatric care, using evidence-based techniques to help children achieve their highest potential. With a 100% pediatric caseload, you'll have the opportunity to create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference in the lives of young patients.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:00 pm
• Or, Monday to Thursday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm
• Or, Tuesday to Friday, 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Salary: $70,000 - $80,000

Patient Volume: 1-2 patients per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care tailored to pediatric patients to help them achieve exceptional outcomes.
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs of each child.
• Build positive, meaningful relationships with children, their families, and the clinical team.
• Collaborate within the pediatric and healthcare community to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Active Physical Therapist license (or eligibility) in Colorado.
• Strong collaborative mindset and a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
• Familiarity with WebPT EMR system is a plus.
