Job Opportunity: Pediatric Physical Therapist – Orthopedic Outpatient Clinic
Location: West Wendover, Nevada
Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Compensation: $90,000 to $100,000 + benefits

Position Overview:
As a Pediatric Physical Therapist, you will work with children of all ages, from infants to teenagers, to help them improve their physical function, mobility, and overall well-being. You will assess, treat, and develop individualized therapy plans for children with a variety of physical conditions, including but not limited to musculoskeletal, neurological, and developmental disorders.
Who are we looking for?

Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.

Current Nevada state licensure as a Physical Therapist.

Experience in pediatric physical therapy is preferred.

Passion for working with children and helping them achieve developmental milestones.

Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information in an understandable way to families.

Ability to work well as part of a team.

Current CPR/First Aid certification.

What you will do:

Assess and evaluate the physical needs of pediatric patients through age-appropriate testing and observation.

Develop personalized treatment plans and therapeutic interventions to improve motor skills, strength, balance, coordination, and flexibility.

Work collaboratively with families, teachers, caregivers, and other healthcare professionals to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Educate families and caregivers on exercises, stretches, and other home activities to support therapy progress.

Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.

Stay current with the latest pediatric therapy techniques and research.

Participate in team meetings, workshops, and continuing education opportunities to further professional development.
