We’re looking for a Pediatric Physical Therapist who shares our passion, purpose, and playful spirit.

Whether you're an experienced peds PT or a newer grad with a heart for helping little ones, this is your chance to do deeply meaningful work in a supportive, family-centered environment that puts connection first.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Deliver individualized, developmentally appropriate care to infants, toddlers, and children with a wide range of conditions (neuromuscular, orthopedic, genetic, developmental delays, etc.)
  • Perform evaluations, create care plans, and track progress toward functional goals that support mobility, independence, and participation in daily life
  • Engage kids through play-based, creative interventions that turn therapy into something fun and motivating
  • Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to provide education, home programs, and coordinated care
  • Document with clarity and care in our user-friendly EMR system
  • Participate in team meetings, trainings, and continuing education as part of our culture of lifelong learning and shared expertise

What We’re Looking For:

  • Doctorate or Master's degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
  • Licensed (or license-eligible) Physical Therapist in the State of California
  • Passionate about working with children, families, and diverse pediatric populations
  • Skilled communicator and empathetic listener, especially when working with parents and caregivers
  • Creative, playful, and ready to meet kids where they are — whether that’s on the floor, on the swing, or at eye level
  • Prior pediatric experience is a plus, but new grads with pediatric clinical rotations are encouraged to apply
  • Spanish-speaking or multilingual skills are a big bonus!

What we offer:

  • Competitive salary with performance incentives
  • Paid time off + paid holidays
  • Medical, dental, and vision insur
  • 401(k) with match
  • Continuing education reimbursement
  • Licensure and dues reimbursement
  • Flexible scheduling options
  • Opportunities to lead workshops, parent education, or community events

If you're a Physical Therapist who believes in the power of early intervention, the joy of pediatric movement, and the magic of small victories, we want to meet you.
