Salary:

$140k-$180k per year with benefits
Additional Performance Bonuses: Up to $20k

Work Schedule: 5 day work week or 4 day work week, 10am-6pm or 11 am to 7 pm

25 patients a day

Job Responsibilities:

• Provide patient consultations and follow-up evaluations, including reviewing medical history and conducting physical examinations
  • Perform Ultrasound Guided Trigger Point injections
  • Perform Nerve Blocks and Joint Injection
    • Review and analyze patient lab results, diagnostic studies, and physical therapy progress notes
    • Care for acute and chronic patients, including monitoring therapies, administering injections, performing minor office surgical procedures, and prescribing medications
    • Measure and record physiologic and growth indices
    • Triage patient calls and respond to medical emergencies
    • Make recommendations for pain management procedures to ensure the highest level of care for patients
    • Document all pertinent information in patient medical records
    • Coordinate care with other community physicians and healthcare providers
    • Manage pharmacologic treatment for pain and related conditions
    • Apply health promotion principles and techniques
    • Maintain patient confidentiality
    • Actively promote our services in the community and generate new patient referrals
    • Provide hope, compassion, and expert medical advice
  • Collaborate with Physical Therapist, Acupuncturist and Chiropractor for interdisciplinary approach.
