Full-Time Physician Assistant Needed for a Clinic

Seeking a compassionate and skilled Full-Time Physician Assistant to join our clinic. In this role, you will have the opportunity to diagnose and treat a variety of health conditions while promoting preventive care practices. As part of our dedicated team, you will collaborate with five MDs and five other NPs to deliver exceptional patient care. Working Hours:

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week, 5:00 pm shift

Salary:

$120,000-$150,000 per year (salary range based on experience) + Full Benefits

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive physical examinations and review medical records of patients
  • Order and analyze diagnostic tests, including blood tests and X-rays
  • Diagnose and treat various health conditions and illnesses within the scope of family medicine
  • Develop personalized treatment plans for chronic and infectious diseases
  • Prescribe medications and monitor patient responses
  • Maintain accurate and organized patient records and schedules
  • Educate patients and their families on diseases, epidemics, and preventive measures
  • Oversee and manage patients' overall health and well-being
  • Promote healthy lifestyle practices and preventive care
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in primary care through research and professional development

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Physician Assistant
  • Current certification as a Physician Assistant by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
  • State licensure as a Physician Assistant
  • Proven experience as a Physician Assistant in a family health clinic or similar setting
  • Specialization or expertise in family medicine
  • Extensive clinical experience in primary care
  • Strong knowledge of health and patient care regulations
  • Excellent communication skills for effective patient interaction
  • Ethical approach and dedication to patient-centered care
  • Team-oriented mindset and positive attitude for collaborative work
  • Patience and ability to handle diverse patient needs
  • Willingness to continuously enhance knowledge and clinical skills
  • Must have DEA number
