Physician Assistant (PA) – Full-Time Opportunity in Middletown, , New York

Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $120,000 – $150,000 per year + benefits
Job Duties:
- Conduct physical exams, take patient histories, and evaluate lab results to diagnose and treat common conditions and illnesses.
- Develop treatment plans, prescribe medications, and manage therapies under the supervision of a licensed physician.
- Work closely with physicians, specialists, and nursing staff to ensure comprehensive, patient-centered care.
- Provide patients with information about their diagnosis, treatment options, and preventive care to support informed decision-making.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in the Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with privacy laws and practice policies.
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal health outcomes.
Requirements:
- Education: Master’s degree from an accredited Physician Assistant program.
- Licensure: Active Physician Assistant license in the state of [California].
- Certification: Nationally certified by the NCCPA (National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants).
- Experience: Prior experience in clinical practice is preferred but not required; new graduates are welcome to apply.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) certifications required.
