Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM-7 PM

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits

The Physician Assistant will be responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and managing a broad range of patient conditions. Working in close collaboration with supervising physicians and a multidisciplinary care team, you’ll provide high-quality care while building long-term relationships with patients and their families.


Job Duties:

  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, including medical histories, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Diagnose and treat a wide range of acute and chronic conditions in collaboration with supervising physicians.
  • Develop and implement personalized treatment plans and prescribe appropriate medications.
  • Perform minor procedures and provide wound care as necessary.
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Educate patients and families on preventive care strategies and treatment plans.
  • Ensure timely and precise documentation of patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant Program
  • Certified by the NCCPA (PA-C)
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York
  • DEA registration or eligibility to obtain
  • Current BLS/ACLS certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment
