Physician Assistant – Primary Care | California

Location: Rancho Cucamonga, California | Setting: Hospital| Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a well-trained Physician Assistant (PA-C) to join our high-performing medical care team in California. As part of our mission-driven organization, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality, team-based care to a diverse patient population across all stages of life.

This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA or a new graduate with strong clinical training who is eager to learn, grow, and make a meaningful impact.

Job Type: Full Time

Work Hours: Monday - Thursday: 9 AM-7 PM

Compensation: $115,000.00 - $135,000 per year + benefits


Job Duties:


  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
  • Diagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses (e.g., diabetes, hypertension, asthma)
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests including labs, X-rays, and imaging
  • Prescribe medications and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide preventive health services, including immunizations, screenings, and counseling
  • Manage routine follow-ups and annual wellness visits
  • Refer patients to specialists when clinically appropriate
  • Participate in team huddles, case conferences, and care coordination efforts
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation using EMR systems
  • Engage in quality improvement initiatives and help develop practice protocols


Requirements:


  • Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current California PA license and NCCPA certification
  • Current DEA license and BLS/ACLS certification
  • New grads welcome; clinical experience in primary care or internal medicine preferred
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and patient education skills
  • Bilingual (Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages) a plus
