Physician Assistant (PA) - Full-time position

Salary: $280,000-$300,000 per year + benefits
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
What You’ll Do:
- Assessing and Diagnosing: Evaluate patients, take detailed medical histories, and perform physical exams to diagnose acute and non-life-threatening conditions.
- Treating a Variety of Conditions: From minor injuries like sprains and fractures to illnesses such as respiratory infections and UTIs, you'll handle a wide spectrum of urgent care cases.
- Performing Procedures: Conduct minor procedures, including wound care, suturing, and splinting with a focus on patient comfort.
- Prescribing Medications: Write prescriptions when appropriate and provide patients with clear instructions on their treatment plans.
- Patient Education: Guide patients on prevention, lifestyle changes, and self-care to promote long-term health.
- Collaborative Care: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and medical staff to ensure a seamless and efficient patient experience.
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensure & Certification: Current, active Physician Assistant license in Arizona (or eligibility to obtain). NCCPA certification is a must.
- Experience: Previous experience in urgent care, emergency medicine, or family medicine is a plus, but new grads with strong clinical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Skills & Knowledge: Excellent diagnostic skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work well in high-volume settings.
- Collaboration & Communication: A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment and communicates effectively with patients and colleagues alike.
