Position Overview:

We’re expanding our integrated care team and looking for a Physician Assistant to help deliver exceptional, compassionate primary care to a diverse patient population. Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum outpatient care alongside Family Medicine Physicians and other advanced practice providers
  • Conduct thorough patient assessments, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and develop treatment plans
  • Manage chronic and acute conditions with a preventative approach
  • Educate patients and families on health management and wellness strategies
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including behavioral health, care coordinators, and specialists
  • Utilize our modern EMR system for seamless documentation and communication

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program
  • Current NCCPA certification
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure in the state of Florida
  • Passion for delivering patient-centered, culturally competent care
  • Strong interpersonal and clinical decision-making skills
