Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

What You’ll Do:

• Delivering comprehensive primary care for patients of all ages in a fast-evolving, team-based setting
• Managing acute and chronic conditions, wellness visits, and preventive screenings
• Performing minor procedures and interpreting labs, imaging, and diagnostics
• Creating personalized care plans and educating patients on lifestyle, health goals, and chronic disease management
• Collaborating daily with physicians, nurses, care coordinators, and behavioral health professionals
• Leveraging cutting-edge EMR technology to streamline documentation and improve patient outcomes

What We’re Looking For:

• Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (PA-C)
• Active certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
• Current or eligible licensure in Illinois (or ability to obtain)
• Prior inpatient, hospital, or acute care experience is a plus (new grads are also encouraged to apply for mentorship-based roles)
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A passion for patient care, problem-solving, and continuous learning
