Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year

Job Type: Full-Time

Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)

Responsibilities:

  • Providing high-quality, evidence-based care to patients of varying age groups and backgrounds.
  • Performing physical exams, diagnosing illnesses, interpreting diagnostic tests, and managing treatment plans.
  • Prescribing medications, ordering labs, and coordinating referrals when needed.
  • Educating patients and families on health promotion and disease prevention.
  • Participating in cross-functional care coordination and community outreach.
  • Sharing light call responsibilities, supported by physicians and telehealth teams.
  • Using modern EMRs to ensure streamlined patient documentation and communication.

Requirements:

  • Graduation from an ARC-PA-accredited Physician Assistant program.
  • Current or eligible Pennsylvania PA-C licensure.
  • Certification by the NCCPA.
  • Clinical experience in family medicine, internal medicine, or urgent care is preferred.
  • Strong diagnostic, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
  • Passion for patient advocacy, health equity, and community care.
