Location: Joliet, Illinois
Job Type: Full Time
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM
Compensation: $120,000-$150,000 per year + benefits
About the Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing medical team in Illinois. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality patient care, working collaboratively with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide preventive care, diagnose illnesses, and manage treatment plans.
Job Duties:
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and physical exams
- Develop and implement patient management plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests and lab results
- Prescribe medications and therapies within scope of practice
- Educate patients on health promotion and disease prevention
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare providers for optimal patient outcomes
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
Requirements:
- Current Physician Assistant license in the state of Illinois
- Graduate of an accredited PA program
- NCCPA certification
- Minimum of 1 year clinical experience preferred (new grads welcome)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities
