Physician Assistant
Location: Forest Hills, NY
Work Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Compensation: $150,000–$170,000 annually
Job Summary:
We are hiring a Physician Assistant to provide comprehensive care in a Primary Care office serving individuals and families across all age groups. This role supports preventive care, chronic disease management, and wellness counseling in a coordinated outpatient setting.
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver care for acute and chronic conditions (20–25 patients daily)
- Conduct physical exams and order diagnostics
- Provide health counseling and patient education
- Maintain clear documentation using Modernizing Medicine
Qualifications:
- NY-licensed PA with active DEA
- Experience in Primary Care or outpatient clinics preferred
- Bilingual in Russian is a plus
