Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner – Oncology & Hematology
Location: Easton, Pennsylvania
Setting: Outpatient Medical Office
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Salary: $110,000 – $130,000 annually, based on experience

Position Overview:
We are seeking a qualified Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP) to support oncology and hematology services in a well-established outpatient setting. The provider will deliver direct patient care, conduct assessments, and participate in the ongoing management of patients with cancer and blood disorders. This is a full-time position that offers an excellent work-life balance with a standard weekday schedule.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Perform comprehensive and follow-up evaluations for oncology and hematology patients
  • Formulate and implement treatment plans based on clinical findings and guidelines
  • Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results
  • Monitor treatment response and manage medication and therapy adjustments
  • Provide patient education regarding diagnoses, treatments, medications, and follow-up plans
  • Maintain clear and accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system
  • Collaborate with attending physicians and clinical staff as needed for patient care continuity

Qualifications:

  • Active licensure in Pennsylvania as a Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • National board certification (NCCPA for PA, or AANP/ANCC for NP)
  • Oncology and/or hematology experience preferred but not required
  • Strong clinical assessment, communication, and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently within the scope of practice and with physician oversight as required

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary: $110,000 – $130,000 per year
