We’re Hiring: Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) - New York
Location: New Rochelle, New York
Salary Range: $60,000 – $75,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM – 5 PM

We specialize in treating orthopedic injuries, post-operative conditions, neurological impairments, sports injuries, and mobility challenges associated with aging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Physical Therapists in delivering individualized treatment plans
- Guide patients through therapeutic exercises, functional activities, and mobility training
- Monitor patient performance and communicate progress to supervising PTs
- Document treatment sessions in accordance with regulatory and facility standards
- Educate patients and families on proper home exercises and safety techniques
- Maintain a clean, organized, and positive therapy environment
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA, safety protocols, and care quality standards
Qualifications:
- Associate’s Degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
- Active New York State PTA License (or eligible to obtain)
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and clinical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
- Experience in outpatient, SNF, or inpatient rehab is a plus
