We're looking for a driven PA to join our expanding inpatient care team and help us elevate patient outcomes in communities across California . Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per year
Job Type: Full-Time
Work Hours: Monday - Friday (9 AM – 5 PM)
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive histories and physical examinations
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Initiate and manage treatment plans for acute and chronic conditions
- Assist with or perform bedside procedures as appropriate to the specialty and scope
- Partner closely with attending physicians, nursing staff, case managers, and specialists
- Serve as a liaison between patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Facilitate admissions, daily rounds, and discharges
- Ensure thorough documentation and compliance with hospital policies
Requirements:
- Master’s Degree from an accredited PA program
- Current NCCPA certification
- California State licensure (or eligibility to obtain)
- BLS and ACLS certifications (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- 1–3 years of experience in a hospital or acute care setting
- Strong clinical judgment, adaptability, and team collaboration skills
- Passion for continuous learning and patient advocacy
